Data protection officer (DPO): no DPO has been appointed, as one is not required for the activity carried out.

Data collected: through the form on the Contact page we collect first and last name, email, optionally company and phone number, the text of the message and the topics selected.

How it is processed: the form sends the data directly by email to the controller’s mailbox, run on its own mail server. No lists, archives or databases are created with the data received, and it is not shared with suppliers or third-party services.

Purpose: the data is used only to reply to the request received through the form. It is not used for marketing or to send newsletters.

Legal basis: the consent of the data subject, given by ticking the box in the contact form.

Retention: emails received stay on the controller’s mail server for as long as needed to handle the request and any professional relationship that follows. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time, unless other legal obligations apply.

Browsing data: like any website, this one may generate automatic technical logs (for example IP address and browser type) kept by the hosting provider for security and to keep the service running properly. Golduck does not actively collect or consult this data.

Recipients of the data: none. The data stays between the person who fills in the form and the data controller.

Who the site is for: the content and the contact form are meant only for companies and professionals (B2B relationships), not for private consumers or minors.

Rights of the data subject: you can ask at any time for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data by writing to privacy@golduck.it.
